Current information should include the correct contact name, correct title of the person receiving the mailing, correct address and correct zip codes. Mailing lists or databases should be updated at least once per quarter to ensure accuracy. When you invest in a direct mail program, make sure it includes investing time and effort to reach the right target audience.
